Spanish Garlic Paste
This Garlic paste can be used in all your dishes that require garlic! So Flavorful!
- Food Processor
- Frying Pan
- 2 Cups Whole Peeled Garlic Cloves (Look for bags of peeled garlic at your store)
- 1 teaspoon Badia Complete Seasoning (link below in notes)
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 3/4 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
- 3 Bay Leaves
Place garlic in food processor and pulse until a paste
Add Badia Complete seasoning, salt, oregano and olive oil and pulse a few more times until mixed.
Heat a skillet and drizzle with olive oil
Break bay leaves in half and add to skillet
Add garlic and while stirring cook just until heated through
Place in glass jars and drizzle with olive oil
Screw on jar lids and store in refrigerator. This garlic is very flavorful and strong so just small spoons are great for most recipes!
I purchase bags of peeled garlic at Costco but smaller bags can sometimes be found at your local stores also. Buying already peeled garlic makes this recipe much easier.
Badia Seasoning mix can usually be found in the Spanish section in your local grocery store.
