I just finished a video on my YouTube cooking channel Dawn of Cooking making Vegan Macaroni & Cheese but then I decided to also add a non vegan version also. So now you can learn how to prepare both! This is a really easy recipe and just as good as the prepackaged but without any unhealthy ingredients. So lets get started!
1 1/3 Cups Milk (if macaroni becomes to thick add more)
1 Cup Macaroni
1/2 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/4 t. Salt
Squirt of Dijon Mustard (optional)
Pepper to taste
Bring the milk to a simmer and add the macaroni
Let simmer in a covered saucepan, stirring frequently, it will become really thick. Taste to make sure it’s cooked and add the salt, pepper, dijon, and cheese. Stir really well to incorporate the cheese!
