Calling all Pumpkin lovers! Admit it, Fall and Winter scream PUMPKIN SPICE!!!!!!!! I love it too, so here is my healthy quick & easy Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Recipe.
Fall and all that comes with it is one of my favorite times of year. I think fall decorating is also so beautiful. My house is filled with pumpkins, fall leaves, twigs, pillows, tablecloths, candles etc.
Pumpkin Spice lattes and smoothies are everywhere but for me they can be a little on the sweet side when going out to drink them. I’d love for you to try making this smoothie!
1 Cup Almond Milk or Milk you prefer
1/2 Frozen Banana
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
2 T. Oatmeal
1/4 t. Maple Extract
1 T. Real Maple Syrup (add more to taste if you like it sweeter)
Sprinkle in a little Ginger, Cinnamon and Nutmeg
Blend ( I use my Nutri-Bullet)
Hurry and Drink!!
