Have you ever wanted to be on one of the Food Challenge TV Shows? I secretly have…..So I gave myself six ingredients to have throughout the day. The ingredients may be simple but the day was filling and healthy!
BREAKFAST: Quinoa and Blueberries
Quinoa is so healthy and a complete protein. I did top my breakfast with some coconut/almond milk which makes it really good. Some great toppings would also be coconut flakes, chopped nuts, and dried fruits.
Lunch: Kale Salad with Chicken/Sweet Potato/Quinoa
How about adding avocado to this salad!!!
Dinner: Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
This was a very filling dinner so I hope you love it too!
I love blueberries! If you would like try adding a little toasted coconut and a bit of Greek yogurt and honey.
